What has to be shown on company letterheads

Company Letter-Heads

The following particulars must be shown on all company headed paper;

The full name of the company (Ltd., may be used for Limited); 

The names and any former names of the directors and their nationality, if not Irish;

 

The following particulars must be shown on letters and order forms of all limited companies:

The place of registration·

The registered number·

The address of the Registered Office (where this is already shown, the fact that it is the registered office must be indicated).

It should be noted that each company is required to affix a name-plate in a conspicuous position outside every office or place of business

Bob is a Management Consultant, Mentor and Trainer. He is also an Entrepreneur from 1983 to the present day. Between 1983 and 1995 he ran four businesses with a turnover in excess of £1m. As well as having an Honours Degree in Business Studies, he is also an Industrial Engineer and managed a large department in a multinational with large budgets and responsibilities.
